How long will it take for my keepsake book to arrive?
Each Once Upon a Me keepsake book is uniquely written and designed, so please allow 10-14 days for book creation and shipping/delivery. High demand seasons, like holidays, may take a bit longer.
If I order multiple keepsake books for the same child, will the story be different in each book?
Absolutely! Each keepsake book is meant to be uniquely written and designed, even for the same child. Each story is created based on the photos you provide, so if you want multiple stories, you’ll need to provide up to 20 photos per book. That means if you want two unique books, for example, you would submit two separate orders with up to 20 different photos per order.
Will my child be featured on every page of the book?
Yes! The main character is the star of the story and will be featured in cartoon form throughout the book.
I have twins. Can the keepsake book have more than one main character?
If your twins are fine with sharing their unique story with each other, we can absolutely feature them together in one story. Make sure to tell us all about each of them as individuals on the Get to Know Me form.
Will the books teach my child how to read?
Well, we can’t promise that simply having a Once Upon a Me book will teach your child how to read, but research has shown that children comprehend better when they can connect a story to themselves. And, practice always makes perfect!
How will my keepsake book be delivered?
Your book will arrive via USPS if shipped, or hand delivered if ordered via a local school’s “Once Upon a Me Read with Me program.”
